Shipping terms
We ship all orders once a week – always on Friday.
This system allows us to ensure high-quality packaging and logistics, while minimizing the ecological footprint of transportation.
After the shipment is shipped, you will receive an email with a confirmation and tracking number.
Delivery options
🏠 Delivery to address
We deliver the goods directly to your home via a contracted carrier.
Shipping price: 120 CZK (including VAT)
Delivery usually takes place on Monday to Tuesday after dispatch.
Personal collection – Click and pick up
If you prefer personal collection, you can pick up your order at one of our pick-up points:
Ochoz u Brna – Na Bráně 228/2
Slavkov u Brna – Palackého nám. 71, Krámek
Brno – Břehová 5, Maloměřice and Obřany
✅ Pick-up of goods is completely free
✅ You can pay in advance by bank transfer, card or upon pick-up
Payment options
Bank transfer – you will receive payment details in an email after sending your order
Online card payment – securely via Stripe payment gateway
Cash on delivery – you pay when you pick up your package
Payment at the point of delivery – when collecting in person
Order status and shipment tracking
After sending your shipment, we will send you a confirmation with a link to track the movement of the package.
The carrier will inform you about the progress of the delivery via email or SMS.
Important information
If you choose personal collection, you will be notified by email that the goods are ready for collection.
Made-to-order or seasonal products may have a longer delivery time - information can be found with the specific product.
Upon receipt, please check the integrity of the packaging and the number of items.
